CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION IVO. 69-.33 <br />BY ? <br />A RESOLUTIOIV AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR GASOLINE, AND <br />DECLARING AIV EMERGENCY <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1, That the Director of Public Service be and he is here- <br />by authorized to advertise for bids for gasoline according to the specifications <br />now on file in his office, azd that upon approval by the Board of Control the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on ber <br />half of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />safety, health and welfare of the City by virtue of the immediate necessirt.y <br />of purchasing said gasoline.
