CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 69-S3 PAGE 2 <br />Section 4. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resoutions inconsistent herewith to the privisions <br />of this ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 68-42, are hereby re- <br />pealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 5. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed <br />to mail a copy of this Ordinance to the Finance Department and the Director <br />of Law. <br />Section 6. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City of North Olmsted by virtue of the fact of the necessity <br />to establish the salary of the Assistant Director of Law and the Police <br />Prosecutor prior to March 1, 1969.
