?. <br />a <br />'4111 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 69 - 6 <br />BY /!?l/S • w ?l/J? <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE AUDITOR OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, DURING <br />THE YEAR 1969, ALL TAX MONEY DUE AND OWING SAID <br />CITY FROM ANY COLLECTION SOURCE, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNC I L OF THE C ITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section l. That the County Auditor be and he is hereby requested <br />to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the year 1969, all tax money <br />due and owing to said City from any and all tax collection sources. <br />Section 2. That an attested copy of this resolution shall be <br />immediately forwarded to the County Auditor. <br />Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and general welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and <br />such emergency exists by virtue of the immediate necessity of requesting <br />payment to the City of North Olmsted of tax rponey belonging to said City <br />from any and all sources distributed by the County Auditor in accordance <br />to law, all for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and general welfare of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 4.
