<br />C2TY OF NORTFI OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 41- 61 <br />BY <br /> , <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT EQUALIZA.TION <br />BOAI9D TO HEAR OBJECTIONS RELATIVE TO T$E IMPROVE- <br />MENT OF BRADLEY ROAD AND CERTAIN OTHER STREF,'TS AND <br />PUBLIC EASEMTTS BY CONSTRUGTING SAIJITARY SEWERS, <br />SEWER CURB CONNECTIONS AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES, <br />AND DECLP,RING AN EMEFiGIIVCY. <br />Ohio; <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, <br />Section l: That Fred Biszantz ? David Evaas <br />and A1 Conte , three disinterested freeholders of said City <br />be and they are ere y appointed to act as au Assessment Equalization Board to <br />heax an.d determine all timely written objections to the esti.rnated assessments <br />heretofore reported to this Council of the cost of improving Bradley Road and <br />certain other streets and public easements between the termini set forth in <br />Resolution No. 69-14, adopted Febf'uary 4, 1969, (Sewer Contract No. 16) by <br />constructi.ng sanitary sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary appurtenances, <br />including necessary street resurfacing and restoration of draina,ge facilities, <br />and to equalize the same as to them seems proper, in aceordance wlth law and with <br />said Resolution No. 69-14. <br />Section 2; The Board shall first meet for the above purpose at the Council <br />Chambers in the City Hall on the 26th da,y of jung, , 1969, at 8:00 <br />o'cloek p.m. and upon the caanpletion of such equalization shall report sucF- <br />equalized assessments to Council. <br />Section 3: This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health a,nd safety <br />of said City, and for the further reason that the immediate construction of said <br />i.mprovement is necessary to protect the health of the abuttin.g owners and the <br />i.nhab3.tants of the City; wherefore, this resolution sha.ll be in full force and <br />effect from and immediately after its passage and approval. <br />PASSID : <br />AT.t'EST : <br />APPROVED : b11J/G 9 <br />? <br />? <br />r-V <br />s d. <br />, resident of <br />? • <br />Ralph .
