? <br />? <br />CTTY OF IVORPFI OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 0 ' t <br />BY ';?U . n .j.a.L <br />A RESOLUTION DETEFtt`ZIIVING THAT A PUBLIC IME'ROVEMENT <br />SHOULD BE MADE AF'rER HEARING PURSUANT TO OgCO RE- <br />VISED CODE SECTION 727.21+, AND DECLARING AN EmRGENG'Y. <br />WHEREAS, the lowest and best bid for labor and materials for the improvement <br />hereinafter described exceeds the estimated cost for labor and materials, as filed <br />in the office of the Clerk of Council prior to the adoption of Resolution No. <br />66-193 decla.ring the necessity of said improvement, by more than fifteen percent <br />and pursuant to the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Section 727.21+ a notice of <br />a hearing on the question of whether the improvement should be made was published <br />once in a newspaper of general cixculation in the City at least forty-eight hours <br />prior to such hearing; <br />NOW2 THEREFORE) BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br />Section l. That this Council after hearing the owners of property to be <br />assessed for the itrrprovement of Southern Avenue from McKenzie Road to a point <br />165 feet west of Decker Avenue by constructing a 7-inch concrete pavement 25•5 <br />feet wide with appurtenances, including storm sewer inlets, and by constructing <br />concrete sidewalks five feet in width on both sides of said street between said <br />points, as provided in Resolution No. 65-278, adopted November 12, 1965, as <br />amended by Resolution No. 66-193, adopted July 5, 1966, and after reviewing the <br />lowest and best bid for labor and materials for said improvement does hereby <br />determine that such improvement should be made and hereby authorizes and directs <br />that all necessary action be taken to cause such improvement to proceed in <br />accord.ance w3.th the provisions of law. <br />Section 2.
