? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 69-10 <br />BY'??? . <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, SECTION 301.39 <br />( CODIFIED ORDINANCE ), ENTITLED " TRAILER ," TO <br />CONFORM TO CHANGES ENACTED BY THE OHIO GENERAL <br />ASSEMBLY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that it is in the best interest <br />of the City of North Olmsted that the North Olmsted Traffic Code be reviewed <br />to eliminate any conflicts with provisions of the State Statutes, as enacted <br />by the Ohio General Assembly. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Section 301. 39 , Chapter 301 ( Codified Ordinance ) <br />of the North Olmsted Traffic Code reading as follows: <br />301.39 TRAILER. <br />"" Trailer, " shall mean every vehicle designed or used for <br />carrying persons or property wholly on its own structure <br />and for being drawn by a motor vehicle, including any such <br />vehicle when formed by or operated as a combination of a <br />semitrailer and a vehicle of the dolly type, such as that <br />commonly known as a trailer dolly. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />301.39 TRAILER. <br />" Trailer " means every vehicle designed or used for carrying <br />persons or property wholly on its own structure and for being <br />drawn by a motor vehicle, including any such vehicle when <br />farmed by or operated as a combination of semitrailer and a <br />vehicle of the dolly type, such as that commonly known as a <br />trailer dolly, and a vehicle used to transport agricultural <br />produce or agricultural production materials between a local <br />place of storage or supply and the farm when drawn or towed <br />on a public street or highway at a speed greater than twenty- <br />five miles per hour. <br />Section 2. That any ordinance or parts of ordinance, or resolutions <br />or parts of resolutions, inconsistent with theprovisions of this Ordinance are <br />hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance.
