AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, SECTION 301.39 ( CODIFIED ORDINANCE ), ENTITLED " TRAILER ," TO CONFORM TO CHANGES ENACTED BY THE OHIO GENERAL ASSEMBLY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City of North Olmsted that the North Olmsted Traffic Code be reviewed to eliminate any conflicts with provisions of the State Statutes, as enacted by the Ohio General Assembly. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1. That Section 301. 39 , Chapter 301 ( Codified Ordinance ) of the North Olmsted Traffic Code reading as follows: 301.39 TRAILER. "" Trailer, " shall mean every vehicle designed or used for carrying persons or property wholly on its own structure and for being drawn by a motor vehicle, including any such vehicle when formed by or operated as a combination of a semitrailer and a vehicle of the dolly type, such as that commonly known as a trailer dolly. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 301.39 TRAILER. " Trailer " means every vehicle designed or used for carrying persons or property wholly on its own structure and for being drawn by a motor vehicle, including any such vehicle when farmed by or operated as a combination of semitrailer and a vehicle of the dolly type, such as that commonly known as a trailer dolly, and a vehicle used to transport agricultural produce or agricultural production materials between a local place of storage or supply and the farm when drawn or towed on a public street or highway at a speed greater than twenty- five miles per hour. Section 2. That any ordinance or parts of ordinance, or resolutions or parts of resolutions, inconsistent with theprovisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance.
