SANITARY SEWERS <br />82-128 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to act as the OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE <br />OF THE CITY 0F NORTH OLMSTED IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE MUNICIPAL <br />WASTEWATER TREATMENT WORKS CONSTRUCITON GRANTS PROGRAM. <br />82-129 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to INITIATE AN APPLICATION FOR A MUNICIPAL <br />WASTEWATER TREATMENT WORKS CONSTRUCTION GRANT FOR STEP 3 CONSTRUCTION. <br />82-130 A resolution assuring the intent of the Council of the City of North Olmsted <br />to INITIATE CONSTRUCTION IN CONNECTION WITH THE treatment works improvements <br />relating to the Construciton Grants Program. <br />82-131 A resolution assuring an OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM in connection with the <br />treatment works improvements relating to the Construciton Grants Program. <br />82-135 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK WEHREBY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED WILL <br />ACCEPT AND TREAT ALL WASTFWATER FROM TH_F, PARKVIEW SERVICE AREA OF THE CITY OF <br />FAIRVIEW PARK AND WHEREBY THE CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK AGREES TO PAY THE SAME WASTE- <br />WATER TREATMENT RATE as is established for North Olmsted users. <br />82-136 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an <br />AGREEMFiNTW WITH THE BOARD OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY CO-MMISSIONERS GTHREEBY THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLSMRED WILL ACCEPT AND TREAT ALL WASTEWATER FROM THE "SERVICE AREA" OF <br />OLMSTED TOWNSHIP AND WHEREBY THE RESIDENTS OF THE "SERVICE AREA" WILL PAY THE <br />SAME WASTEWATER TREATMENT RATE AS IS ESTABLISHED FOR NORTH OLMSTED USERS.
