CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES, HEREINAFTER <br />DESCRIBED, WITH RESPECT TO PARCEL N0. 1 FROM <br />SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO MIXED USE <br />DISTRICT B; WITH RESPECT TO PARCEL N0. 2, FROM <br />MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DISTRICT <br />B; AND WITH RESPECT TO PARCEL NQ. 32 FROb? LIMITED <br />INDUSTRY DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DISTRICT B. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to <br />the below described real estate is improper under the conditions <br />presently existing, and inadeauate for the development and use <br />of this land, and <br />WHEREAS, after areful con ideration, the Planning Commission <br />of the City on the day of , 1981 , recommended <br />approval of the changes of the lstricts specified herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l. That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commisslon of the City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, <br />entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, <br />Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City <br />and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, the <br />Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as <br />amended, be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning <br />of the following described parcels of land from Single Family <br />Residence District to Mixed Use District B with respect to Parcel <br />No, l, from Multiple Residence District to Mixed Use District B <br />with respect to Parcel No. 2, and from Limited Industry District <br />to Mixed Use District B with respect to Parcel No. 3, which p arcels <br />are described as follows: <br />PARCEL I <br />PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 234-11 - ALL LOTS SOUTH OF I-80 <br />and 234-13-9 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and <br />being a part of Original Lots 1 and 8 of Tract 6 of Olmsted Township <br />and more p articularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the centerline of Barton R.oad <br />(60 feet wide) at its intersection with the southerly <br />line of Original Lot 8 as aforesaid, and corporation <br />limit for the City of North Olmsted, said point also <br />being 901.50 feet northerly as measured along the center- <br />line of Barton Road from the centerline of Cook R.oad <br />(60 feet wide), and also the principal place of beginning <br />of the land herein described;
