CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES, HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, WITH RESPECT TO PARCEL N0. 1 FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DISTRICT B; WITH RESPECT TO PARCEL N0. 2, FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DISTRICT B; AND WITH RESPECT TO PARCEL NQ. 32 FROb? LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DISTRICT B. WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the below described real estate is improper under the conditions presently existing, and inadeauate for the development and use of this land, and WHEREAS, after areful con ideration, the Planning Commission of the City on the day of , 1981 , recommended approval of the changes of the lstricts specified herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l. That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commisslon of the City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as amended, be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcels of land from Single Family Residence District to Mixed Use District B with respect to Parcel No, l, from Multiple Residence District to Mixed Use District B with respect to Parcel No. 2, and from Limited Industry District to Mixed Use District B with respect to Parcel No. 3, which p arcels are described as follows: PARCEL I PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 234-11 - ALL LOTS SOUTH OF I-80 and 234-13-9 Situated in the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and being a part of Original Lots 1 and 8 of Tract 6 of Olmsted Township and more p articularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Barton R.oad (60 feet wide) at its intersection with the southerly line of Original Lot 8 as aforesaid, and corporation limit for the City of North Olmsted, said point also being 901.50 feet northerly as measured along the center- line of Barton Road from the centerline of Cook R.oad (60 feet wide), and also the principal place of beginning of the land herein described;
