Thence North 620 16' 50" East, continuing along the southerly limited access line, a distance of 180.73 feet to an angle point therein which is 130.00 feet right of said centerline of I-80 and Station 108+00 ; Thence North 810 38' 30" East, continuing along the southerly limited access line, a distance of 424.09 feet to an angle point therein which is 120.77 right of said centerline and Station 122+23.98, said point also being in the westerly porperty line of lands now or formerly owned by Martin, Anthony and Michael Rini dba Rini Brothers as recorded in Volume 12750, Page 243 of the Cuyahoga County Deed Records; Thence South 370 40' 51" East, along the westerly property line of the Rini Brothers land as aforesaid, a distance of 166.94 feet to an angle point therein; Thence South Ol° 36' 44" West, continuing along the said westerly property line, a distance of 568.63 feet to the principal place of beginning, containing 14..3040 acres of land more or less but subject to all legal highways and easements which encumber the property. SECTION 2. That the Clerk of this Council, be and she is hereby i? rected to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City. SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall amended said Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zone Map will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 hereof shall be revised by changing the zoning of said described parcels of land from Single Family Residence District to Mixed Use District B with respect to Parcel No. l, from Multiple Residence District to Mixed Use District B with respect to Parcel No. 2, and from Limited Industry District to Mixed Use District B with respect to Parcel No. 3, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter used in accordance with the use of the district permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted. SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and ?ter the earliest period allowed by law of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
