r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81- 133 <br />PAGE S. <br />Thence North 620 16' 50" East, continuing along the <br />southerly limited access line, a distance of 180.73 <br />feet to an angle point therein which is 130.00 <br />feet right of said centerline of I-80 and Station <br />108+00 ; <br />Thence North 810 38' 30" East, continuing along the <br />southerly limited access line, a distance of 424.09 <br />feet to an angle point therein which is 120.77 right <br />of said centerline and Station 122+23.98, said point <br />also being in the westerly porperty line of lands now <br />or formerly owned by Martin, Anthony and Michael Rini <br />dba Rini Brothers as recorded in Volume 12750, Page 243 <br />of the Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />Thence South 370 40' 51" East, along the westerly <br />property line of the Rini Brothers land as aforesaid, <br />a distance of 166.94 feet to an angle point therein; <br />Thence South Ol° 36' 44" West, continuing along the <br />said westerly property line, a distance of 568.63 feet <br />to the principal place of beginning, containing 14..3040 <br />acres of land more or less but subject to all legal <br />highways and easements which encumber the property. <br />SECTION 2. That the Clerk of this Council, be and she is <br />hereby i? rected to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be <br />given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the <br />Charter of the City. <br />SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall amended said <br />Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, said <br />Zone Map will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 <br />hereof shall be revised by changing the zoning of said described <br />parcels of land from Single Family Residence District to Mixed Use <br />District B with respect to Parcel No. l, from Multiple Residence <br />District to Mixed Use District B with respect to Parcel No. 2, and <br />from Limited Industry District to Mixed Use District B with respect <br />to Parcel No. 3, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter <br />used in accordance with the use of the district permitted by the <br />Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and ?ter the earliest period allowed by law of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PAS S E D : .1Au.a,,,? ,Z <br />ATTEST: " <br />&--F NCE CAM BELL, L K OF COUNCI AMES D.
