That there be appropriated from the Sewer Debt <br />Fund ........................................................ $100,000 <br />Section 3. That there be appropriated from the Police <br />Pension Fund ................................................ $25,000 <br />Section 4. That there be appropriated from the Fire Pension <br />Fund ........................................................ $25,000 <br />TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS ALL FUNDS $4,15$,664 <br />Section 5• That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward <br />an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 6. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or <br />Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be <br />drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of <br />and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, further that the appropriations <br />for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of <br />Council for items of expense constituting a legat obligation against the City <br />and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations <br />herein made. <br />Section 7.
