CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 81 - 124 BY : MR. BOEHMER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PdAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE CtTYAHOGA COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1982, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. 3709.08 is a member of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County, and tiNHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract for the year 1982 for health services to be performed by the Cuyahoga County General Health District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CLTYAHOGA AND STATF. OF OHIO: SECTIl1N 1: That the TTayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health District to nrovide health services to the City of North Olmsted from January l, 1982 through December 31, 1982. SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the Director of Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments under the provisions of this contract. SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary for the continuity of health services to the residents of this City, and further provided it receives the aff_irmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the :^?ayor.
