B X : <br />ati¢? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81- 115 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL MAP AND <br />FILE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO PROVIDE FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON THE <br />NORTHERLY SIDE OF BELLEVUE DRIVE FROM THE BEGINNING <br />OF THE RADIUS OF THE CUL-DE-SAC TO THE PRIVATE DRIVE <br />KNOWN AS 6098 BELLEVUE. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to restrict <br />parking on the northerly side of Bellevue Drive from the <br />beginning of the radius of the cul-de-sac to the private drive <br />known as 6098 Bellevue, and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for <br />the maintenance of a Traffic Control Man, which said Map can <br />be amended only by ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Police Department be and the same <br />is hereby authorized and directed to amend the Traffic Control <br />Map and file of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon <br />the prohibition of parking on the northerly side of Bellevue <br />Drive from the beginning of the radius of the cul-de-sac to <br />the private drive known as 6098 Bellevue. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directe to cause said '_'No Parking" signs to be installed in <br />accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PA S S E D: I?rwLi? ?/T /9?l <br />ATTEST: <br />f ? . <br />,fi4v?? 6 <br />FLO NCE CAMPBELL, CLERK 0 COUNCIL D W L MPE , RESIDENT <br />(YF WhL <br />AP D : <br />s li?....?-` ?- ? .
