A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PREVAILING WAGE COORDINATOR PURSUANT TO SF,CTION 4115.032, O:HI:O REVISED CODE, FOR ALL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS TO BE FINANCED WITH REVENUE OBLIGATIONS OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, Ohio ("Issuer") has heretofore agreed to and will hereafter agree to issue revenue obligations of the Issuer to assist in the financing of industrial development facilities (the "Projects") pursuant to the laws of the State of Ohio, particularly Chapter 165, Ohio Revis.ed Code, as amended, and the authorities therein mentioned; and WHEREAS, Section 4115.032, Ohio Revised Code, states that all'c.ontractors and subcontractors working om projects, facilities or project facilities to which Section.165.031, Ohio Revised Code, applies, such as the Project5, are subject to and mus,t comply with Sections 4115.03 to 4115.16, Ohio Revised Code; and WHEREAS, in order to allow commencement with the construction of the Projects in compliance with the requirements of Section 4115.032, Ohio Revised Code, it is necessary that a Prevailing',Wage Coordinator be appointed for such Projects pursuant to said Section. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO: . SECTION 1: Mary Slama is hereby designated as the Prevailing Wage Coor inator (the "Coordinator") for all such Projects under Section 4115.032, Ohio Revised Code, with Coordinator's duties being those set forth in Subdivisions (A) and (C) of Section 4115.071, Ohio Revised Code. It is further determined that the designation of a Coordinator for such Projects does not, nor is not intended to, imply that the City has any duties or obligations under or is obligated to comply with the requirements under Sections 4115.03 to 4115.16, Ohio Revised Code, with respect to or arising out of the Projects or the financing thereof. SECTTON 2: Tt is found and determined that all formal actions o t ls ouncil concerning and relating to the adoption of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to th_e public, in compliance with all legal requirements, including Section 121.11 of the Ohio Revised Code.
