C,ITY OF )#`RTH OLMSTED ?? <br />ORD INANC)s.rJO . 81-10 8 _Nov <br />`PAGE TWO <br />- 2 - <br />Said bonds shall mature as follows: $4,420 on December 1 <br />in each of the years 1982 through 1986, both inclusive, <br />which maturities are hereby determined to be in substantially <br />equal annual installments." <br />SECTION 2. That Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 81-88 as they <br />were passed on July 7, 1981, are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to deliver a certified copy of this ordinance to the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 4. That it is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this <br />ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted <br />in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECTION 5. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of said City and for the further reason that in order to <br />preserve the credit of the City, the bonds herein provided for must be <br />delivered as soon as possible in order to provide funds to retire the out- <br />standing notes issued in anticipation thereof and thereby to protect the <br />credit of the City; wherefore, this ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and immediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed: <br />??l <br />Attest: <br />Clerk of Council sident of Council <br />Appr d: <br />Mayor
