APP <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81- 103 <br />BY: JAMES BOEHMER <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT AND FEE REQUIRE- <br />MENTS FOR THE USE OF ALL BASEBALL DIAMONDS, FIELDS, <br />AND FACILITIES OPER.ATED AND FALLING UNDER THE JURIS- <br />DICTION OF THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 79-136. <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Recreation Department <br />that it is necessary to modify Ordinance No. 79-136 by reauiring <br />a Five Dollar ($5.00) fee, and <br />WHEREAS, said fee requirement is necessary because of <br />the extra clerical work reQuired to maintain and adopt scheduling <br />programs, together with the requirements of maintaining the <br />present fields operated by the Recreation Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: The Director of Recreation is hereby authorized <br />to prepare permit forms which shall be obtained by any person or <br />organization desiring to use City facilities for recreation nurposes, <br />which facilities shall include, but not be limited to baseball <br />diamonds, fields, and other facilities within the jurisdiction <br />of the Recreation Department. The permit which shall be issued <br />through the Recreation Department and there shall be a Five Dollar <br />($5.00) charge for non-governmental activities, unless waived <br />by the Recreation Commission and/or the Recreation Director and <br />it shall be the obligation of the Recreation Department to schedule <br />the use of all facilities so as to eliminate any conflicting <br />schedules of uses of the facilities hereinbefore specified. <br />SECTIUN 2: That Ordinance No. 79-136 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in forc om an? after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED <br />ATTEST: <br />? 6f <br />F RENCE CAMPBELL, CL K OF COUNCIL D W .
