CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 81 - 96 By : MR. WILAMOSKY AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AN EMFRGENCY. WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a compensation schedule for all administrative personnel employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. SECTION l: That effective August 1, 1981, the compensation to be paid to the non-bus driving personnel of the North Olmsted Muni- cipal Bus Line shall be as follows: A. Administrative Personnel: General Manager Supervisor of Operations Supervisor of Maintenance Assistant Supervisor of Maintenance Operations Administrator Secretary Zone Supervisor $22,106 to $30,500 $18,900 to $28,500 $20,500 to $29,000 $15,000 to $25,500 $15,000 to $24,000 $ $,OQO to $14,000 $15,000 to $25,000 SECTION 2: That this Ordinance or any other ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of service of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
