CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 81 - 96 <br />By : MR. WILAMOSKY <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION TO BE <br />PAID TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL <br />EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMFRGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a <br />compensation schedule for all administrative personnel employed by <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION l: That effective August 1, 1981, the compensation <br />to be paid to the non-bus driving personnel of the North Olmsted Muni- <br />cipal Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />A. Administrative Personnel: <br />General Manager <br />Supervisor of Operations <br />Supervisor of Maintenance <br />Assistant Supervisor of <br />Maintenance <br />Operations Administrator <br />Secretary <br />Zone Supervisor <br />$22,106 to $30,500 <br />$18,900 to $28,500 <br />$20,500 to $29,000 <br />$15,000 to $25,500 <br />$15,000 to $24,000 <br />$ $,OQO to $14,000 <br />$15,000 to $25,000 <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance or any other ordinance or parts <br />of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of service <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it <br />received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected <br />to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSID - <br />ATI'EST : <br />Florence Campbell, Clerk f Council Dewey . impert, President of Council <br />APPROVID : <br />First reading: F g <br />Secorid reading: ObAfl <br />Third reading:
