CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-87 <br />BY: Mayor Swietvniowski <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PAVEMENT MILLING <br />ON DOVER CENTER ROAD, C.R. 58, FROM BUTTERNUT RIDGE <br />ROAD TO THE NORTH CORPORATION LINE AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE h1AY0R TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN <br />EPIERGENCY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PJORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and <br />he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the pavement milling <br />of Dover Center Road, C.R. 58, from Butternut Ridge Road to the <br />north corporation line in accordance with specifications now on file <br />in the City Engineer's office, and that upon approval by the Board <br />of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further <br />reason that it is necessary to improve the transverse slope of <br />the pavement to provide more positive over the pavement drainage <br />and to allow the County Engineer to reseal the pavement, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Playor. <br />PASSED: 119 I <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />FLORENCE E.
