<br />AN ORDINANCE LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CON-
<br />STRUCTION, REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR OF CONCRETE SIDEWALKS
<br />AT SUNDRY LOCATIONS IN THE CITY, AND DECLARING AN
<br />EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED.
<br />WHEREAS, after notice given as required by law written objections
<br />to the estimated final assessments reported by the City Engineer for the
<br />construction, replacement and repair of concrete sidewalks at sundry locations
<br />in the City, in accordance with Resolution Nos. 76-186 and 76-187 adopted by
<br />this Council on January 18, 1977, have been filed with this Council; and
<br />WHEREAS, this Council has considered those written objections to
<br />the estimated final assessments and has determined that certain of the estima.ted
<br />final assessments should be reduced;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That the following assessments for the cost and expense
<br />of constructing, replacing and repairing concrete sidewalks at designated
<br />locations on Alexander Road, Allandale Lane, Ambour Drive, Amesbury Road,
<br />Andorra Drive, Andrus Avenue, Antler Drive, Arlington Lane, Aspen Drive,
<br />Azalea Lane, Barton Road, South Barton Road, Beaumont Drive, Beech Lane,
<br />Bellevue Drive, Bentley Drive, Berkshire Drive, Sirch Lane, Brendan Lane, Bretton
<br />Ridge Drive, Brighton Drive, Brookpark Road Extension, Burns Road, Butternut
<br />Ridge Road, Byron Drive, Camelia Drive, Canterbury Road, Carey Lane, Carla Lane,
<br />Carriage Lane, Carsten Lane, Caton Place, Chadbourne Drive, Charles Road,
