.? •' 'tr' _ <br />?' r • . <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81-78 <br />PAGE 6. <br />753.11 PENALTY. <br /> <br />(A) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including <br />2925 Ohio Revised Code, or similar legislation adopted <br />by the City violation of this section shall not constitute <br />a criminal offense, but operation of a business in violation <br />of the provisions of this section shall be grounds for <br />revocation or nonrenewal of any license, permit, or other <br />entitlement previously issued by the City of North Olmsted <br />for the privilege of engaging in such business and shall <br />be grounds for denial of any future license, permit, or <br />or other entitlement authorizing the conduct of such <br />business or any other businesses, if the business includes <br />the sale of drug paraphernalia. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it <br />is immediately necessary to control the use of items of drug abuse, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: dt} <br />ATTEST: '7. <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLE OF COUNCIL D EY H.
