CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81 - 76 <br />BY: MR. BOEHMER <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />ONE NEW CAR AND ONE NEW RADIO FOR USF. <br />BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATF. OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he <br />is hereby aut orized to advertise for bids for one new car and one <br />new radio for use by the Fire Denartment of the City of North Olmsted, <br />according to specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to <br />enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force r? om and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : <br />ATTEST: <br />e ?? . <br />? <br />FL RENCE E.
