C1TY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81 - 75 <br />BY : MR. BOEHMER <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SAFF.TY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />FIVE NEW POLICE CARS AND FIVE NEW RADIOS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he <br />is hereFy autlzed to advertise for bids for five new police <br />cars and five new radios according to snecifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in forcerom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: / / ? <br />ATTEST: <br />p i?-11 , <br />NCE E.
