WILAMOSKY <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS <br />FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES <br />FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR <br />THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1981., AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA <br />AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />FROM <br />Fire Department Wages . . . . . . $6,240.00 <br />$6,240.00 <br />Miscellaneous . . , . . . , . , $1,000.00 <br />TO <br />Police Department Clerical . . $1,540.00 <br />Police Dept. Dispatchers . . . $4,700.00 <br />$6,240.00 <br />Human Resources Department <br />Assistant Director . . . . . . $1,000.00 <br />SECTION 2: That the City Finance. Director is hereby authorized to draw his <br />warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations <br />upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of <br />Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for <br />salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with <br />law or ordinance. Provided, further that the appropriations for contingencies can <br />only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vbte of Council for items of expense <br />constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those <br />covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: -AA.44 <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence E.
