CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BY: James Boehmer ORDINANCE N0. gl - 58 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE METHOD BY WHICH FEES FOR THE USE OF THE FACILITIES OF THE RECREATION CENTER ARE TO BE FIXED, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 80-38, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 80-38, Council established rates and fees for the use of the facilities of the Recreation Center and upon reconsideration, has determined that certain rates and fees should be adjusted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the basic fees for the use of the Tennis Facilities shall be as fo7lows: A. WINTER SEASON September 7, 1981 through May 22, 1982 Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. $10.00 Per Hour Monday through Friday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. $12.00 Per Hour Saturday through Sunday 7 a.m, to 11 p.m. $12.00 Per Hour B. SUMMER SEASON May 22, 1981 through September l, 1981 Monday through Sunday 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. $ 7.00 Per Hour C. PERMANENT AND LEAGUE COURT TIME $ 9.00 Per Hour $11.00 Per Hour D. JUNIOR (WALK-ON) COURT TIME (Student under 18) $ 6.00 Per Hour E. INSTRUCTIONAL COURT TIME F. EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS $ 6.00 Per Hour At such time as the facility is not otherwise scheduled, prior to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, the rate for the City or Parochial School and North Olmsted Recreation Program shall be $4.00 per hour per court. SECTION 2: That the basic fees for the use of the Aquatic Facilities are as follows: A. WINTER SEASON September 8, 1981 through May 22, 1982 Single admission: Chi7dren under 77 -$1.50; Adu7ts -$2.00 Adult-Only Session - $2.00 Resident Non-Resident Children 6 to 17 years $25.00 $ 35.00 Per Winter Season Adults 18 Years and Over $30.00 $ 45.00 Per Winter Season Family $80.00 $115.00 Per Winter Season
