- CITY OF NORT?LMSTED <br />OkDINANCE N0. $1 - 58 <br />° Page 4 <br />? <br />sponsored by the Recreation Center. The Recreation Center Manager shall <br />also establish spectator admission charges, set prices on merchandise <br />and other services offered for sale. The Recreation Center Manager may <br />pay to the sponsoring organization not more than fifty percent (50%) of <br />the spectator admission charges derived from their event. The Manager <br />may charge the Nvrth Olmsted Hockey Club the current ice rate from <br />varsity game receipts and fifty percent (50%) of the balance. In the <br />event the gate is less than the current ice rate, the North Olmsted <br />Hockey C7ub will be billed the full current ice rate. The North Olmsted <br />Hockey Club shall provide authorized security personnel for all Home <br />Varsity Games at the North 07msted Recreation Center. <br />SECTION 9: New Programs, rates and fees, as they are initiated by <br />the Recreation Center Manager shall be established with approval of the <br />Recreation Commission. <br />SECTION 10: That Ordinance 80-38, adopted by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted be and the same is hereby repealed, and any other <br />ordinances or resolUtions or parts o£ ordinances or resolutions in <br />conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 71: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to adjust various fees in light of present operating <br />expenses, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of a71 members e7ected to Council, it sha11 take effect and <br />be in force immediate1y upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />. <br />z-ili A e!qg?l e 4? - _1 ? <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLER pF COUNCIL DE E LIMPERT, P SIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED:_>1_1 t'¢'y /y'B'? <br />,- <br />.
