LOGAN <br />?y <br />i? <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE <br />ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH <br />ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREIN- <br />AFTER DESCRIBED FROM SINGLE RESIDENCE A DISTRICT <br />TO LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to <br />the below described real property is improper under the conditions <br />presently existing and inadec{uate for the development and use of <br />this land, and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful cor, sideration the P anning <br />Commission of the City on the _Z0--?day of , 19811, <br />recommended approval of the change of the istrict erein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH vLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, <br />entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and <br />Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter <br />of this City and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North <br />Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and as <br />amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning <br />of the following described parcel of land from Single Residence A <br />District to Limited Industry District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and being part of original Olmsted <br />Township Lots #1 and #8, Tract 6 and further being all <br />of Sublots 47 through 62, Sublots 95 through 103, Sublots <br />134 through 140, and parts of Sublots 63, 64, 94, 104, <br />105 and 133 in Zehman-Wolf and Sherman Construction <br />Company's North Olmsted Subdivision #2 as shown on plat <br />recorded in Volume 171, Pages 16 and 17 of Cuyahoga <br />County Map Records and being bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of <br />Sherman Avenue (60 feet wide) and the Westerly line of <br />said Sublot No. 185; <br />Th e South 630 56' 40" <br />Souther line of Sherman <br />corner of said Sublot 140; <br />East 427.38 feet along the <br />Avenue to the Northwesterly <br />Thence, South 20 8' 55" West 675.58 feet along the <br />Westerly line of said Sublots 133 through 140 to a <br />point in the Northerly line of I-480; <br />Thence, North 830 13' 13" East 321.61 feet along the <br />Northerly line of I-480 to an angle point; <br />Thence, North 770 32' 48" East 334.62 feet along the <br />Northerly line of I-480 to an angle point;
