LOGAN <br />b? <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE <br />ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH <br />ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PRF.MISES HHREIN- <br />AFTER DESCRIBED FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />TO LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRTCT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to <br />the below described real property is improper under the conditions <br />presently existing and inadequate for the development and use of <br />this land, and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful considera ion the Planning Commission <br />of th.e City on the ?j3?-C-. day of , 1981, recommended <br />approval of the chang- e of the district erein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, <br />entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, <br />Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City <br />and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the <br />Zone Map of North Olmsted, is hereby amended and as amended be and <br />the same is hexeby revised by changing the zoning of the following <br />described parcel of land from Multiple Residence District to Limited <br />Industry District: <br />Situated in the City of North 0lmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and being part of original <br />Olmsted Township Lot No. l, Tract 6 and further being <br />all of Sublots 141 through 148, 176 thxough 185 and <br />parts of Sublots 133, 149, 150 and 175 in Zehman-Wolf <br />and Sherman Construction Company's North Olmsted Sub- <br />division #2 as shown on plat recorded in Volume 171, <br />Pages 16 and 17 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and <br />being bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line o£ <br />Sherman Avenue (60 feet wide) and the Westerly line of <br />s.aid Sublot No. 185; <br />Thence, South 630 56' 40" East 427.38 feet along the <br />Southerly line of Sherman Avenue (60 feet wide) to the <br />Northeasterly corner of said Sublot 141; <br />Thence, South Z° 8' 55" East along the Easterly line <br />of said Sublots 141 through 149 a distance of 675.58 <br />feet to apoint in the Northerly line of I-480; <br />Thence, South 830 13' 13" West 266.33 feet along said <br />Northerly line of I-480 to an angle point;
