LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Parcel No. 2 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and being known as part of Sublot No. 2 in the <br />City Recreation Center Subdivision as shown by the recorded <br />plat in Volume 216 of Maps, Pages 74 and 75 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records of part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 7 <br />and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the centerline of Lorain Road (80 feet wide) <br />_ at the Southerly prolongation of an Easterly line of said <br />Sublot No. 2, said point being distant North 68 degrees 27 <br />minutes 40 seconds East measured along the said centerliiie <br />839.50 feet from its intersection with the centerline of <br />Canterbury Road; <br />Thence North 1 degree 05 minutes 20 seconds East along the <br />said Southerly prolongation and along an Easterly line of <br />Sublot No. 2, 500.00 feet to a corner thereof; <br />T1-,ence North 68 degrees 27 minutes 40 seconds East along a <br />Southeasterly line of Sublot No. 2, 201.39 feet to an angle <br />point; <br />Thence North 65 degrees 03 minutes 57 seconds East continuing <br />along a Southeasterly line of Sublot 2, 198.90 feet to a <br />Southeasterly corner thereof; <br />Thence North 0 degrees 36 minutes 18 seconds East along the <br />most Easterly line of Sublot No. 2, 407.89 feet to a point; <br />I'hence North 88 degrees 53 minutes 39 seconds West, 186.06 <br />feet to a point, and the principal place of beginning of the <br />premises herein described, said point being on the Easterly <br />prolongation of a Northerly wall of an Easterly projection <br />of an existing precast concrete building; <br />Thence North 88 degrees 53 minutes 39 seconds West along the <br />Easterly prolongation and along the Northerly wall, 44.00 <br />feet to an interior corner; <br />Thence North 1 c3egree 06 minutes 21 seconds East along an <br />Easterly wall, 195.95 feet to a point; <br />Thence South 88 degrees 53 minutes 39 seconds East, 44.00 <br />feet to a point; <br />Thence South 1 degree 06 minutes 21 seconds West, 195.95 <br />feet to the principal place of beginning and containing <br />8,620 square feet of lancl according to a survey by <br />Donald G.
