u .. <br />• _ ~ ~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />~~,,, II ~ ORDINANCE N0. 89-106 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR <br />VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish gay ranges as <br />well as various fringe benefits for administrative and legislative person- <br />nel . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY AND STATE OF OHIO: <br /> SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for administrative and legislative personnel of the City of North Olmsted: <br /> FROM TO <br /> 41,300.00 Annually <br />A. Mayor <br />B. Director of Public Service 35,000.00 42,000.00 Annually <br />C. Director of Public Safety 33,000.00 42,000.00 Annually <br />D. Administrative Assistant 18,000.00 23,000.00 Annually <br /> SECTION 2 That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for employees of the Department of Law. The salaries specifie d in this <br />section shall be determined by the Director of Law. <br /> FROM TO <br />A. Director of Law 37,600.00 Annually <br />B. Assistant Director of Law 17,000.00 Annually <br /> (Civil) <br />C. Assistant Director of Law 10,250.00 Annually <br /> (Prosecutor) <br />D. Assistant Prosecutor 4,800.00 Annually <br />E. Law Clerk 5.00 7.50 per hour <br />F. In addition, the Prosecutor and Assistant Prosecutor shall receive <br />compensation in the amount of 533.00 for each "not guilty" plea attended <br />
