:, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 89-99 <br />PAGE TIN <br />Other Funds Con't: <br />Casualty Loss Reserve Fund ~ 50,000 <br />Capital Improvements Fund 30,000 <br />Sewer Bond Retirement Fund 100,000 <br />Facility Plan Step IV Fund 75,000 <br />Endowment and Grant Fund 20,000 <br />Senior Center Fund 20,000 <br />Trust and Agency Fund 50,000 <br />Recreation Capital Improvements Fund 500,000 <br />Total Appropriations of All Funds <br />$ 6,132,600 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested <br />copy o t~iis prdinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his <br />warrants on t e City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations <br />upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore approved by the Board of <br />Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for <br />salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance <br />with law or ordinance. Provided further that the appropriation for contingencies <br />can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of <br />expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other <br />than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the <br />earliest-Tate permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: /,,Q,e ~~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence E.
