CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89 - 89 <br />BY: MAYOR M. YVONNE PETRIGAC <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR DIESEL FUEL AND GASOLINE <br />PRODUCTS FOR USE BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED Ah•D <br />*?ORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STA'PE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for various fuels and gasoline products <br />for the City of North Olmsted and North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line needs, <br />according to the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the City's fuel and gasoline <br />requirements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~~ ,~ /9~q <br />ATTEST: <br />~. <br />FLORENCE E.
