CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-88 <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 50,000 GALLONS <br />OF SODIUM ACUMINATE FOR USE BY THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES PLANT, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 50,000 gallons of Sodium Aluminate <br />for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plant, <br />according to the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary for City's sodium aluminate requirements, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Counci, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ~~Q,y~~~~,~9 <br />ASTTEST: <br />c ~ ~ . <br />FLORENCE E.
