<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89-85 <br />BY: ~ ~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE WALTER <br />H. DRANE COMPANY TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL <br />SERVICES IN UPDATING THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the Codified Ordinances of the City should be kept up to date on <br />a timely basis to facilitate administration and enforcement of the City's ordinances; <br />WHEREAS, the Walter H. Drane Company provides professional codification <br />service to Ohio municipalities, has previously published the City's Codified <br />Ordinances and is prepared to render such service; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement <br />with the Walter H. Drane Company, for the purpose of providing annual codification <br />services for athree-year period for the City of North Olmsted. The services of the <br />Walter H. Drane Company shall be consistent with the agreement which has been <br />proposed and is presently on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, which <br />agreement is made a part hereof by reference. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ ~ . <br />~. ~• <br />Florence E.
