CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 89- 75 <br />BY: Mayor Petrigac <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1989. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUI~tTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures <br />of saic'~ty of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1989, that <br />the following sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as <br />follows: <br />RECREATION DEPARTMENT FUND <br />CURRENT INCREASE DECREASE REVISED <br />Equipment Repair ~ Mtce. $12,000 $2,000 $14,000 <br />Building Repair ~ rltce. 30,000 2,000 28,000 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an at- <br />teste co3- py~ this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of .Council to make the expenditures; provided that <br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided <br />further, that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a <br />legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered <br />by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />
