CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 89- 75 BY: Mayor Petrigac AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1989. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUI~tTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of saic'~ty of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1989, that the following sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: RECREATION DEPARTMENT FUND CURRENT INCREASE DECREASE REVISED Equipment Repair ~ Mtce. $12,000 $2,000 $14,000 Building Repair ~ rltce. 30,000 2,000 28,000 SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an at- teste co3- py~ this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of .Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made.
