<br />Section 3: The Union will indemnify and save the City <br />harmless from any action growing out of deductions hereunder and <br />commenced by an employee against the City or the City and the <br />Union jointly. <br />Section 4: All bargaining unit employees who are not <br />members of the Union shall pay a fair share fee to the Union in <br />the amount certified by the Union as being properly chargeable as <br />a fair share fee. All employees hired after the effective date <br />of the Contract who do not become members of the Union shall pay <br />the fair share fee, effective sixty (60) days from the employee's <br />date of hire, as a condition of employment. The deduction of the <br />fair share from any earnings of the employee shall be automatic <br />and does not require a written authorization for payroll <br />deduction. Payment to the Union of fair share fees shall be made <br />in accordance with Section 1 and 2 above. <br />ARTICLE 5: BULLETIN BOARDS <br />Section 1: The City shall provide the Union four (4) <br />Bulletin Boards; One (1) in the Waste Water Treatment Plant; One <br />4 <br />
