`. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 89- 66 <br />BY: Mayor Petrigac <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1989. <br />NOUT, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That to provide for current expenses and other <br />expen Mures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending <br />December 31, 1989, that the following sums be and they are hereby <br />set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />RECREATION FUND <br />Utilities <br />Pool Building Architectural <br />Engineering Expenses <br />CURRENT INCREASE DECREASE REVISED <br />~2~0,000 X1,500 ~2o8,soo <br />18,500 $1,500 <br />20,000 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward <br />an atteste o y of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br />to draw is warrants on the City Treasure for payments from any <br />of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates <br />and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized <br />by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to mace the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn <br />or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority <br />of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further that <br />the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense con- <br />stituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes <br />other than those covered by the other specific appropriations <br />herein made. <br />
