FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />To the Courci.l of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />As fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, I certify in connec- <br />tion with your proposed issue of $1,025,000 of notes (the Notes), to be issued <br />in anticipation of the issuance of bonds (the Bonds) and the levy and collec- <br />tion of special assessments to pay costs of improving North Olmsted Industrial <br />Parkway between certain termini by grading, draining, curbing, paving and <br />constructing a water main and storm and sanitary sewers, together with the <br />necessary appurtenances thereto (the improvement), that: <br />1. The estimated life or usefulness of the improvement is at least <br />five years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of the Bonds, calculated in accordance with <br />Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, is at least twenty years and because the <br />special assessments will be payable over a period of twenty years, and the <br />Bonds are to be issued in anticipation of the collection of those special <br />assessments, the maximum maturity of the Bonds is twenty years. <br />3.
