CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO . 8 9 - 4 6 By: Councilman Wilamosky: AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEN~ER 31, 1989. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED, COLTN'I'Y OF CLTYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1989, that the following sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as fol- lows; Current Increased Decreased Revised Recreation Fund tltilities 225,000 -0- 15,000 210,000 Pool Building Architectural Engineering Expenses 3,500 15,000 -0- 18,500 SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an at- tested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing ap- propriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, ap- proved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Or- dinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons em- ployed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made.
