FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />To the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />As fiscal officer of <br />connection with your proposed <br />issued in anticipation of the <br />acquiring an emergency rescue <br />air packs and tanks, radio eq~ <br />oiit functions of the Division <br />that: <br />the City of North Olmsted, I certify in <br />issue of $205,000 notes (the Notes), to be <br />issuance of bonds (the Bonds) to pay costs of <br />vehicle and equipment, including turn out gear, <br />sipment, hoses and nozzles, for use in carrying <br />of Fire of the Department of Public Safety, <br />1. The estimated life or usefulness of each class of the <br />improvements described above is at least five years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of the Bonds, calculated in accordance with <br />Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, is at least five years, since under that <br />Section bonds for each such class of improvements would have a maximum <br />maturity of not less than five years, and that maximum maturity is not in <br />excess of the estimated period of usefulness of any such class of <br />improvements. If notes in anticipation of the Bonds are outstanding for a <br />period in excess of five years from the date of the original issue of notes, <br />the period in excess of five years shall be deducted from that maximum <br />maturity of the Bonds. <br />3.
