CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 89-13 <br />BY: Mayor Petrigac <br />~~q 19~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID EACH <br />MEMBER OF THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the members of the Architectural Review Board currently <br />receive compensation of $.15.00 per meeting, which compensation was <br />established years ago and has not since been updated, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to increase the compensation <br />for members attending Architectural Review Board meetings from $:15.00 per <br />meeting to $30.00 per meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Council does hereby establish the compensation to <br />be paid Architectural Review Board members of $30.00 per meeting attended <br />by said member. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately <br />necessary to update the pay schedule for members of the Architectural <br />Review Board, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED• <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence E.
