6.6. EVIDENCE TECHNICIAN PAY: Any full-time employee shall, <br />while on duty as an Evidence Technician, be paid additional <br />compensation at the rate of One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars <br />($175.00) for 1989; Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for 1990; and <br />Two Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($225.00) for 1991. Compensation <br />to be paid upon completion of all required courses. <br />6.7. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: Effective January 1, 1989, all <br />full time sworn members of the Police Department shall receive a <br />shift differential in the amount of thirty cents ($.30) per hour <br />for 1989; thirty-five cents ($.35) per hour for 1990; and forty <br />cents ($.40) per hour for 1991. <br />6.8. Shift differential shall be paid to officers assigned <br />'`.-- to the second (2nd) (1600-2400), third (3rd) (2400-0800) and swing <br />(2000-0400) shifts. <br />ARTICLE-VII <br />LONGEVITY PAY ~' <br />?.1. All full-time-sworn employees shall receive longevity <br />pay as additional compensation computed an annual salary, as <br />follows: <br />4$ after employee completes 5 years <br />5$ after employee completes 10 years <br />6~ after employee completes 15 years <br />7$ after employee completes 20 years <br />In computing length of service for the purpose of makirfg ,, <br />payments of longevity increments as hereinabove set forth, no <br />credit shall be given for part-time service, but such limitation <br />is the only exclusion for the purpose of computing longevity <br />- 8 - <br />
