officer of the North Olmsted Police Department shall assume the <br />role and/or name of the original complainant. This does not apply <br />to criminal investigations. <br />21.9. The Law Director for the City, the appropriate <br />Prosecutor's Office or the Civil Service Commission shall make any <br />legal determination regarding furnishing a copy of the officer's <br />statement or permitting the officer to have access to the tape if <br />any further proceedings are contemplated. <br />21.10. At the request of either party, interviews, or <br />portions, thereof, with an officer conducted during the course of <br />an inquiry will be taped (audio). Tapes will be made only by the <br />City. The officer and his attorney may have access to this <br />information: if approved by the Law Director of the City, the <br />appropriate Prosecutor's office or the Civil. Service Commission. <br />21.11. If any officer believes any portion of the~.Pol'ce <br />Officer Rights have been violated, the violation shall be'.noted <br />and may be presented to the person, Civil Service Commission or <br />the court that will be making judgment on the case that is <br />presented. <br />21.12. The sole responsibility of discipline procedures <br />rests~.~with the Charter for the City of North Olmsted, the Civil <br />Service Commission and the State~of Ohio. <br />21.13.
