CI'?'Y OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89 - 3 <br />BY: MR. WILAMOSKY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR OrTE (1) AIR <br />HANDLING UNIT FOR THE WASTEWATER. TREATMENT <br />LABORATORY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OI1~ISTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for one (1) Air Handling Unit and for which <br />it will be paid out of Wastewater Treatment Plant funds. Said Unit shall <br />conform to the specifications now on file in the office of the Director of <br />Public Service, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized the option to utilize the State of Ohio contractual sales <br />process. The Mayor is also hereby authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTICN 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to <br />maintain service to area residents and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~, C~• <br />F orence E.
