? <br />?r. <br />? <br />Mlr <br />HOURS OF WORK <br />25. The normal work week for regular full-time employees <br />in the Service Department, the Waste Water Collection System <br />and the Waste Water Treatment Plant shall be forty (40) hours <br />of work in five (5) days of eight (8) consecutive hours per <br />day, exclusive of the time allotted for meals during the period <br />starting 7:00 A.M. Monday to 6:59 A.M. the following Monday. <br />It is recognized that the Waste Water Treatment Plant will be <br />manned on a continuous operation schedule and individual <br />employees will be assigned to work schedules accordingly. <br />(a) The day shift schedule hours in the <br />Service Department shall be from 7:00 A.M. <br />to 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, year round. <br />(b) Employees assigned to Building Maintenance & Systems Div. <br />shall work from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., Monday <br />throught Friday, year round; <br />(c) Employees assigned to the Police Station <br />Maintenance shall work from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 <br />P.M., Monday through Friday, year round. <br />26. The City may not reduce the weekly schedule of work for <br />any department or employee below forty (40) hours without <br />agreement with the Union. This shall not prevent reduction or <br />cancellation of scheduled hours or work on a temporary basis <br />if an emergency occurs which is beyond the control of the City. <br />27. Employees shall be allowed not less than thirty (30) <br />uninterrupted minutes for a scheduled lunch period daily except <br />for other schedules mutually agreed upon with the Union. <br />-13- <br />? <br />?
