Employees will be paid time and one-half (1-1/2) of <br />their straight time rate of pay for hours worked in excess <br />of eight (8) in any one work day and time and one-half <br />(1-1/2) of their straight time rate of pay for hours worked <br />in excess of forty (40) hours in any one work week. Employees, <br />other than those working rotating shifts at the Waste Water <br />Treatment Plant, shall receive twice (2X) the rate of their <br />regular pay for hours worked on a Sunday. A work day is a <br />twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at the start of the <br />employee's scheduled shift. Hours worked on a day designated <br />as a holiday in Paragraph 57 shall be paid at twice (2X) the <br />employee's straight time rate of pay for hours worked, in <br />addition to regular holiday pay in accordance with Paragraph <br />57. Hours worked on a day designated as a Personal Day in <br />accordance with Paragraph 57, shall be paid at time and one- <br />half (1-1/2) the employee's straight time pay rate for hours <br />worked, in addition to regular holiday pay in accordance with <br />Paragraph 57. <br />In determining whether an employee has worked in excess <br />of forty (40) hours in any work week, the following shall be <br />? considered as hours worked: <br />(a) Hours on a holiday which the employee did <br />? not work but for which he received pay <br />pursuant to Paragraph 57 of this Memorandum; <br />-15- <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />i?
