JOB TITLE: <br />Responsible to: <br />LABORER "A" <br />Division Foreman <br />Characteristic Duties: Employees in this classification operate <br />multiple types of vehicular equipment including a Gradall, Road <br />Grader, Asphalt Spreader, Salt Spreader, Carry-All, Hy-Lift <br />Truck, Packer Trucks, heavy duty snow plows, large Roller, <br />tractors, street sweeper, sanivac, and various types of earth <br />moving equipment, such as backhoe and bulldozer. Employees in <br />this classification frequently will direct the activities of a <br />work crew as assigned by supervision. An employee in this <br />classification assigned to driving a packer truck leads the <br />activities of the general laborers assigned to his truck and is <br />responsible for their activities. The employee will receive <br />generalized supervision with specific directions available as <br />required. This employee is responsible for the vehicle and tools <br />assigned and may be required to operate radio equipment. <br />Employees in this classification may be assigned to general labor <br />work as required. <br />Employees in this classification may perform other duties as <br />assigned within the general character of the duties above <br />described. <br />EXHIBIT B <br />?. <br />-44-
