C375002/01 11/21/? ? <br />• ? ? <br />? <br />EXHIBIT 1 <br />AGREEMENT TO ISSUE BONDS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into as of the day of <br />, 1983, between the CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />OHIO, a municipal corporation organized and existing under <br />the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio (hereinafter <br />sometimes called the "Issuer") and FAIRVIEW ENTERPRISES, <br />INC., an Ohio corporation acting as agent for an Ohio lim- <br />ited partnership to be formed (hereinafter sometimes called <br />the "Company"), in furtherance of the public purposes of <br />Section 13 of Article VIII, Ohio Constitution, to create and <br />preserve jobs and employment opportunities and to improve <br />the economic welfare of the people of the State of Ohio; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Company desires to acquire, construct, <br />install and equip a commercial facility to be used as a <br />medical office building and leased to various physician and <br />hospital tenants (hereinafter called the "Project") within <br />the boundaries of the Issuer; and <br />WHEREAS, the Company has requested that the Issuer <br />issue industrial development revenue bonds pursuant to <br />C.hapter 165, Ohio Revised Code, in an amount now estimated <br />not to exceed $2,500,000 (herein called the "Bonds") to <br />provide funds to pay costs of the Project, and is agreeable <br />1
