' . •°?'°" ?' <br />r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0.83-132 <br />PAGE 2. <br />Section 2: Al1 Full-time employees.listed in Section 1 <br />thereof, having completed five (5) years of full-time continuous <br />service as an employee of the Parks and Recreation Department, shall <br />be entitled to an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual <br />salary; thereafter until completion of ten (10) years offull-time <br />continuous service, after which such employees shall receive five <br />percent (5%) of their base annual salary; thereafter until the <br />completion of their fifteenth (15) year of full-time continuous <br />service, such employee shall receive six percent (6%) of their <br />base annual salary until completion of the twentieth (20) year of <br />full--time continuous service and during each year of full-time <br />service thereafter they shall receive seven percent (7%) of their <br />base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />Section 3: That all full-time employees as designated <br />in Section 1 hereof shall receive the following holidays off unless <br />requested to work by the Parks and Recreation Director: Independence <br />Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, <br />Thanksgiving Day, President"s Day, caod Friday,'employee's birthday <br />and a floating holiday. In the event of any full-time employee <br />working a holiday, they will be given another day during the calendar <br />year to replace said holiday worked. <br />Section 4: That all full-time employees as listed i,n <br />Section 1 thereof shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance <br />with City Ordinance #83--31. <br />Section 5: That Ordinance #83-62 and any other Ordinances <br />or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby replaced. <br />Section 6: That this Ordinance is <br />emergency necessary for the preservation of <br />and welfare and for the further reason that <br />to affix the compensation for the Parks and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative <br />all members o£ Council, it shall take effct <br />upon its passage and approval of the Mayor, <br />P A S S E D: e ?? ?•S' <br />i <br />ATTEST: <br />hereby declared to be an <br />the public health, safety <br />it is immediately necessary <br />Recreation Department and <br />vote of two-thirds of <br />and be in force immediately <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, LERK OF COUNCIL JAMES D.
