The salaries specified in A to H of this Section shall be established <br />by the Director of public Service and the Mayor. <br />SECTI0N: 2: That any ordinance or parts of ordinances incon- <br />sistent herewith are hereby re-nealed. <br />SFCTION 3: That this Ordinance is herebv declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it <br />is necessary to correct the error made in the nrevious ordinance as <br />adopted, and further, provided it receives the?affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately unon its -oassage and approval liy the Mayor. <br />PAS S E D ; <br />ATTEST: <br />LORENCE E.
