LOGAN <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL MAP AND <br />FILE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO CREATE A <br />FIFTEEN (15) MINUTE LOADINq ZONE IN THE AREA OF <br />THE COMMUNITY C.ABIN IN THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL <br />P_ARK INHERF THE SAME WILL BE LOCATED IN THE DRIVF <br />AREA AT A POINT BEGINNING AT THE SOUTH BUILDING <br />LINE AND pROCFEDING NORTH TWENTY-FIVF. (25) FFET, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMFRGENCY, AS AME'VDFD. <br />WHF.REAS, this Council has been advised that on a number <br />of occasions, individuals using the Community Cabin in the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Park have been ticketed in a"No Parking" zone <br />when unloadinQ vehicles for -our-poses associated with the use of <br />the Community Cabin, and <br />WHERFAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a <br />twenty-five (25) foot area adjacent to the walkway and building <br />of the Community Cabin for the purnose of allowing vehicles to <br />park fifteen (15) minutes for the -ournose of unloading their <br />vehicles, and <br />WHERFAS, Chanter 305 of the Traf_fic Code nrovides for the <br />maintenance of the Traffic Control ^?ap, which said man can be <br />only amended by ordinance. <br />NOW, THERFFORE, BE IT ORDAINFn P,Y THF COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF GUYAHOGA AND STATE nF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Dolice Denartment be and they are <br />hereby aut orize and directed to amend the Traffic Control Man <br />and File of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon an area <br />beginning at the south building line and nroceeding north twenty- <br />five (25) feet in length located within the driveway adjacent to the <br />Community Cabin, which area shall be designated a fifteen (15) <br />minute loading zone. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directe to cause said fifteen (15) minute loading zone sign <br />to be placed in the area of the Community Cabin as hereinbe_fore <br />specified. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the vreservation <br />of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to provide for e_ffective use of the <br />Community Cabin, and further, nrovided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its nassage and annroval bv the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />LORENCE E.
