s <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 83 - 116 <br />BY: Ronald J. Wilamosky <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1983, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />FROM <br />General Fund <br />Engineering Department <br />Engineer Wages $10,000 <br />Fire Department <br />Organization & Travel 600 <br />Schooling 1,000 <br />Police Department <br />Prisoner Care 1,125 <br />TO <br />General Fund <br />Service Department <br />Street Repair <br />Material Asphalt $10,000 <br />Fire Department <br />Station Maintenance 600 <br />Equipment Repair 11000 <br />Police Department <br />Uniforms 1,125 <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from the foregoing appropriations <br />upon receiving proper certificate and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board <br />of Officers authorized by Law to approve. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />copies of this ordinance to J. Timothy McCormack, Cuyahoga County Auditor. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and con- <br />tinuity of services, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval of the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ?Jp????? ,? ?9f3 <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence E.
